The night that Moonsong by LaLańya was born was a beautiful night with a big bright full moon. Creator LaLańya E Boothe was talking to the stars and her guides about how she really felt the pull to create but didn't know what path to take. One by one, several readings she’d had with her friend and Tarot reader, Rebecca, flashed through her mind, and she also saw herself wrapping crystals. While she’d already tried it and felt she wasn’t good at it, at her guide’s encouragement she decided to let the stones talk to her.

The next day LaLańya pulled out her old box of wire and stones and went to work letting the rocks and crystals be in control. "I was absolutely amazed by the outcome. It wasn't the mess of wire like it was in the past. It was beautiful! I'm excited to wrap the stones just to see what they are going to be. I have no ideas in my head going into it; the end result is always a surprise."

We understand how important it is for you to get your purchase in pristine condition! That's why every order is carefully packed with paper and bubble wrap to ensure it arrives in as good of condition as our website photos and videos show. We recycle as much of our packing material as possible, so multiple orders may vary.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We've introduced international shipping to most locations worldwide! Keep in mind international costs are calculated directly from our shipping providers. Unfortunately we have no control over these costs.

SHIPPING TIME

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped within 1-2 business days with your choice of shipping type for shipping speed. Keep in mind busy seasons such as holidays may extend average ship times.

We do not have a brick and mortar retail location, but we do vend at shows around the country. Most of what’s available online is exclusive to this website and NOT sold where we vend! DAMAGED PRODUCTS

To help you make a good decision for your purchase, any products with known quality issues will have those issues noted in the product description and photos. Returns will not be accepted for products purchased with these disclosed issues.

Every order is shipped with tracking and insurance. If for some reason your order arrives damaged, simply email us pictures of both the package and damaged items to support@magickalbear.com within 24 hours of receiving it so we can file an insurance claim for you with the shipping company. After we get a determination from the insurance, we will happily refund you for any damages. We do not need the product shipped back.

RETURNS

We get it. Sometimes your order isn't exactly what you expected. Maybe the person you bought it for already has it and you can't think of anyone else to give it to. Stuff happens and we want you to be happy with your perfect purchase!

We will accept any returns in pre-shipped condition within 7 days of you receiving it. Please simply ship it back to us at the return address on the package label. Once we receive the item back in the same condition as we shipped it out to you we will issue you a full refund (minus shipping). You can also email us to give us a head's up so we can watch for the return. If you send it back with tracking info and give us the tracking number, we will issue your refund as soon as we see it has been picked up by the shipper.

REFUNDS

Once an order leaves our facility, it is out of our hands and in control of the shipping company. If we determine your order is lost in shipping (hey, it happens), we will refund it. However, if the item shows up as "Delivered" after refunding, we will request you either return the item to us or pay for it. Shippers can get overwhelmed during busy seasons and ship times can vary. Just because it hasn't shown up yet or tracking data hasn't been updated for several days during these times does NOT mean it's lost forever.

Unfortunately we are unable to issue any refunds for packages with tracking data that shows "Delivered" without a police report, even if you did not receive it. We recommend a video doorbell to make sure you know what happens to your packages if you're not home to receive them!

In the case of theft, please file a report with your local authorities and send us a copy. We will need that in order to apply for the insurance coverage and issue you a refund.
